Delete Your TECHSHAN-IMS Account

Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to the TECHSHAN-IMS mobile app.
2. Tap your avatar at the top right, or open the menu, and choose Privacy & account.
3. In the Delete account section, enter your password and tap Delete My Account.
4. Confirm with Delete Forever.

Delete on the website

Sign in, open My Profile and, under Privacy & data, choose Delete my account and confirm with your password. The same section lets you download a copy of your data first.

Shoppers with an account on a store can delete it from the account page of that store.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your name, email address, phone number, password, PIN, profile photo, date of birth, address, emergency contact, ID card number and two-factor settings; every active sign-in on every device; your passkeys, personal API keys, sign-in history (including IP addresses and devices), assistant conversations, notifications, favourites and preferences; and your push-notification tokens.
• On your phone: the app removes its session, its encrypted offline copy of company data and anything still waiting to upload.
• Kept: the business records you created for your company - sales, invoices, stock movements, ledger entries, payroll and the audit trail - which your company is legally required to retain for accounting, tax and employment purposes. They remain with the company but no longer identify you; they show as “Deleted User”.
• If you are the last administrator of a company account, the entire company account is closed as part of the deletion.
